2. Data collected

The following data is collected when using the ROWPOP app:

2.1 Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage statistics. No personally identifiable data is stored. Data collected includes app launches, session duration, and general usage patterns.

2.2 Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) automatically collects crash reports to improve app stability. Data collected includes device type, operating system version, and the stack trace at the time of the crash. No personally identifiable data is transmitted.

2.3 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob (Google LLC) to serve advertisements. Depending on your consent, personalised or non-personalised ads are displayed. For personalised ads, Google may process advertising IDs and usage data. For non-personalised ads, only contextual data is used.

2.4 Game Center

The app uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Processing of this data is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.

3. Cookies and tracking

The app itself does not use cookies. For ad delivery, the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent framework is used to obtain your consent for data processing. On iOS, the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework is additionally used to request permission for cross-app tracking.

4. Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of:

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — Consent (e.g. personalised ads, app tracking)
• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — Performance of a contract (e.g. in-app purchases)
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — Legitimate interest (e.g. crash reports to improve the app)

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) — You may request information about your stored data.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — You may request deletion of your data.
• Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) — You may object to the processing of your data at any time.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

6. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS devices, explicit permission is requested via the Apple ATT framework before any tracking occurs. If you decline tracking, only non-personalised ads will be shown.

7. Data deletion

You can delete your data stored in the app at any time:

• In the app under Settings → Delete All Data
• By email to info@rowpop.app
